Delete Your HEEL Account
HEEL Dog Training account and data deletion
Delete inside the app
Open HEEL, go to Profile, find the account section, and choose Delete Account. Follow the confirmation steps.
Request deletion without the app
Email HEEL from the address connected to your account. Use the subject "HEEL Account Deletion Request" and state that you want the account and associated data permanently deleted.

After verification, HEEL will delete account-linked profile information and associated eligible training records stored by HEEL, including synced dog profiles and progress. Local information can be removed by deleting the app or clearing its data.
What may remain
Apple and Google control store purchase and subscription records under their own policies. De-identified information that no longer identifies you may remain in aggregate reporting. Limited records may be retained when legally required or reasonably necessary for fraud prevention or security.
Important: Deleting your HEEL account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription separately in the store account used for purchase.
