By downloading, accessing, or using HEEL Dog Training, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Training Information

HEEL provides educational dog-training information based on reward-focused training principles. It does not replace veterinary advice, an in-person safety assessment, or services from a qualified behavior professional. Results vary by dog, handler, health, environment, and consistency.

Safety

Stop an exercise if a dog or person may be injured. For aggression, extreme fear, sudden behavioral change, suspected illness, or another safety concern, contact a veterinarian and an appropriately qualified reward-based behavior professional. Service-dog material is educational and does not certify a dog, guarantee public-access rights, or provide legal advice.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for information submitted through it. You agree to provide accurate information and use HEEL lawfully. You may request account deletion through the app or the public deletion page.

Premium Subscriptions

Subscription prices, billing periods, trial eligibility, and renewal terms are displayed by Apple's App Store or Google Play before purchase. Subscriptions renew under the applicable store terms unless canceled before renewal. Manage or cancel a subscription through the store account used to purchase it. Deleting HEEL or deleting an HEEL account does not automatically cancel a store subscription.

Sponsors and External Links

HEEL may display sponsored placements. A sponsor placement does not replace independent judgment or guarantee a product or service. External sites and transactions are governed by the third party's own terms and privacy practices.

Intellectual Property

HEEL's software, branding, lesson text, graphics, and curriculum are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or redistribute protected HEEL materials except where the law expressly permits it.

Disclaimer and Limitation

HEEL is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee a specific training outcome or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, HEEL Dog Training is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app or training information.

Changes

We may update these terms as HEEL changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
